Hello,

Just discovered something weird on my sign up login page. When I click on the Create an Account link, it does nothing, just keeps me on a login page.

Am using the latest easy profile. Any ideas?

I have literally just worked out the issue and fixed. Bit of a routing issue. Was just about to reply back to cancel the ticket. cheers Pete

No problem, anyway I found a minor issue in you custom.css for privacy, see screenshot.

in custom CSS at line 9 you have this:

}

to fix this replace your code with this:

.jsn-modulecontainer.jsn-icon-user::before {display: none} {
}


This is a conflict with your JoomlaShine template, we use same class for user icon. In the next release we will try to fix this ;)

Hi,
seems that "task" var is no accepted when it is sent via POST method instead GET. Have you some security tool? if yes, try to disable.

sorted it. problem with the cache on my siteground account - despite cache being disabled. found some errors on the server log at same time. siteground support fixed it.

thanks for you help, especially when it turns out not to be your extension.
