Resolved Create an Account form is at bottom of home page...

Hello, for some reason when a user tries to create a new account on my homepage, the form is included at the very bottom of the home page and they can't see it without scrolling down... See here http://gtgradweb.com/index.php and click "Create an Account".

Please any support would be great!
