Resolved Custom field-group visibility

I set up Easy Profile about 2 years ago, since then I've upgraded many times to the newest version, moved servers and databases, upgraded Joomla etc.

Somehow it seems that the custom fields I set up when I originally set this up have changed. When I did set these up I had certain fields for certain groups only. Now it seems they all default to the same group (which is called "default"

.

What can I do to go back to the way I had it where certain fields were visible to certain groups but not others?
