Easy Profile - Joomla Extension

Is there a way for a custom field to be a field title for another custom field? I want to have user definable custom profile fields where they can identify the field title.

For example, you want to let users create their own custom fields to track information. But you would not know in advance what that custom field would be containing. So you need the user to create both the title and the data to be recorded. So after regular profile info maybe one user wants to list the model of their car. So they need one field to store the title and the second to store what the information is. They would need to be side by side so they would be known to be related, just like Name and The users name.

behind the scenes the field setup/alias could be like custom1title and custom1data, custom2title and custom2data....etc.

Hoping this can be done.....if not, I bet it would be an amazing addition to your extension to make it so much more meaningful to website owners to be able to let their users customize what info is stored.
