Hello,

Is there a way to create a filed attached to all user but this field is only viewable and editable by site admins? I have tried creating a filed and set its permissions to special so only site admin can see it and it wasn't viewable by administrators.

Also can I create another email field and this field will be treated similar to the original user's email field by other components like acymailing, meaning can campaigns be sent to both email fields?

Yes, but the fields should be only available in backend

With permission you mean Availability or Visibility?

Sorry, probably is not possible, anyway this is something regards Acymailing.
