set where and how.

In the parameter "SQL Custom Where" (see screenshot 1)
with filter like example at http://docs.easy-profile.com/article/sql-custom-where:

group_id IN (5)

"5" is a example, you can retrieve group_id from Users->Groups (there is ID column)

some clarification
you can create different list with different Menu Items:
for example:
1. list of users from usergroup "5"
2. list of users from usergroup "6"
3. list of users from usergroup "7"

for each menu item Joomla allow you to set "Access" (see screenshot 2), so you can make available the List to those who prefer.
so for example
Manager 1 can see list of users from usergroups "5"
Manager 2 can see list of users from usergroups "6"
....

How to write 2 SQL custom Where with 2 groups. I don't know technology.
Sorry I not understand, you need to create 2 different menu items of type Easy Profile->User List

And when I (manager) login to frontend list users. So how to write sql or ... to show list users (registered) from group of my account
You can't, but you can create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User List only for Managet (with Joomla Access) and set (if needed) SQL Custom Where to get only specific usergroup

Hi,
you can simply create 2 userlists:
Userslist 1:
- Set Access only for Manager 1 (with Joomla ACL)
- Show Users from usergroup Group A with SQL custom Where, example at http://docs.easy-profile.com/article/sql-custom-where

Userslist 2:
- Set Access only for Manager 2 (with Joomla ACL)
- Show Users from usergroup Group B with SQL custom Where, example at http://docs.easy-profile.com/article/sql-custom-where
