Yes this is possible, you can choose in date field the format to show, try to see "Display Type" parameter

Sending an email 2 months before a date that is set in a date field

You need to contact Acymailing support, they already have a plugin to do this, maybe with simple modification is possible.

So can acymailing filter on a field of Easy profile?

I don't think, but we not know potential of Acymailing filters. Our plugin only allow to get data from Easy Profile.

Show on prifile how many months are past since a certain date that is filled in the profile

Now in "Display Type" parameter we have only "Years Ago" option. You can edit /administrator/components/com_jsn/models/fields/date.php file to met your need:
- open file /administrator/components/com_jsn/models/fields/date.php
- from line 35 to line 38 you will find the code to return number of years (if you have choose "Years Ago" in "Display Type" parameter)
- replace this code with some code to calculate months*

* this require PHP knowledges

I think it is weird that a button export all to csv or excel is not default stuff.
What if you want a list emails to send an email in mailchimp, what if you have a crm where you want to import stuff in.

But maybe i am wierd :-)

I really like the easyness of your extension.
But...
I go looking for other extensions.
