can we add close and navigation bottons to social network images as default without mouseover

Hi,
you can manage it by adding following CSS rule to your template:
.jsn_social #photo_close_icon {display:block}
Normally all Joomla templates allow you to add a custom CSS code in parameters or with a custom.css file

not worked... i meant for the close button shouldnot be requried mouseover its should be default

Try to force it also with !important statement (with this is not important the position where the template add the code), also We have added code for arrows:
.jsn_social #photo_left_arrow {
display: block !important;
}
.jsn_social #photo_right_arrow {
display: block !important;
}
.jsn_social #photo_close_icon {
display: block !important;
}
