Hi, there seems to be a problem with the easyprofile fields in my emails. i set them up in acymail with the correct tags. they worked briefly and now all they do is send the same info over and over, no new user data is given. (yes it is logging correctly for the user in the backend.)

arrggg tried the sender tags and they come through blank...
Probably, because sender is not user but Joomla site.
This is not something that regards Easy Profile, this is Acymailing tag system.

You can find similar plugin developed by Acyba team at http://www.acyba.com/acymailing/plugins.html#easyprofile . But I think this will not solve your problem (probably same behavior).

Hi,
how does that make sense?
Sorry this depends from Acymailing, of course, if you have something like info:receiver, so, this behavior is normal and works as expected.

can I change it to info:user?
You can try with info:sender, but keep in mind that the sender need to be a user, if email are sent by system email address then also this way will not works.

why would the admin need to see their own info in that email??
Acymailing Tag system is designed for newsletters and not for Joomla notifications

also, the name and email it gave me were NOT the ADMIN name and email, they were the USER info.

tags like {Param1} {Param2} ... not come from Acymailing tag system

Hi,
this is a normal behaviour,

for example see tag {eptag:title|info:receiver} the receiver is admin (and not user), so you will see admin details

Hi,
you can use it to send newsletter or Joomla system emails?

Can you explain me (maybe with some screenshot) where you add these tags?
