check these things:
- correct link: in your post you wrote "http://dev.cira.org/index.php?option=com_jsn&;;view=import" instead "http://dev.cira.org/index.php?option=com_jsn&;view=import"
- Check if import plugin is configured: you need to enable this plugin from Plugin Manager (Administration->Extensions->Plugins)

this forum have some problems with links, it add ";" after "&" in each link. We will report this to developer.

Anyway, in your first post the link was correct, but I don't know because when you insert correct link you see blank page. Can you please post me your site details to check? you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

try now, you had wrong permission configuration:

Before
Access: Guest
Access to user import: Guest
Plugin is triggered only for guest users, but it not allow guests to import

Now
Access: Public
Access to user import: Special
Plugin is triggered for all users but only Special users can import users

Got it. It was just the URL as you specified. Unfortunately, the only place I found the URL to go to was on this forum which seems to be adding extra semi-colons. Maybe you could add the proper link in the plugin's description page in the backend in a future version to show the right link? Thank you for the plugin and help!
