Is this a limit of the free version or it is a bug
I need to hide usergroup field in registration but I need to fill it with link as we discussed yesterday. You can hide this field with CSS (in basic or pro you can use a hidden field type)
I mean... will be the inserted information visible for the new user when I will check on Users > Management menu into back end??Yes, this is the best feature of Easy Profile, it not replace Joomla users management like competitors, it extends
link ?Usergroup=IstitutoYou need to alias of field (not title) and value (not string), so "?usergroup=1".
It is correct?Yes.
It is possible (if I create before the groups) to make the field "Usergroup" hidden and loading choises from #__groups table in database and then assign a user to the selected group (always using the trick of double page registration) ??
tried to login again to test website, but I cannot see Easy Profile into Component (see screenshot).Fixed
What I have to check ?Go into Joomla Menu Manager and search all menu items of type "Users » Registration Form". For each item you need to set Access to Guest, see screenshot (no make sense that already registered have permission to go on registration page).
Is come out the last version? Have you updated the test site?
I give a try to the extension 2 weeks ago but after I been on holiday so, I do not remember well. Could you please activate again EasyProfile on Demo site to let me time to evaluate it?
Another question: if I buy a subscription (Basic) and let's say, after 2 weeks, I'm not satisfied by the product, can I ask for a refund ?
If I purchase the Basic Plan, afte 1 year of support, extension will not work anymore? You can continue to use Easy Profile for lifetime but you can't download updates. We do not support Pro/Basic packages if you have not active subscription.
Is there a link where I can access to a demo of back end pannel to evaluate all the functions I need?Of course, we will send you a PM with details.
