Yes this is possible, in backend you can filter users by Easy Profile custom fields and export only users in the result. Export feature allow you also to export users from frontend (you can configure this feature in Easy Profile->User List menu item)

* Delete multiple users with conditional fields filter (batch process)

You can select users to delete from backend like Joomla, so you can filter users -> select -> delete. There is not a batch process.

Import
Before reply to your questions, I want to tell you that we offer a import plugin for free (it works in Joomla frontend). Basic/Pro versions have also a backend import feature and it works like free import plugin. No sorry, all data will be updated (if you choose to update existing users), there is not a check if field is empty or not

no sorry, we assume you have filtered users in your export.

NOTE about file formats: Import and Export features works only with CSV file format.
