I've installed Easy Profile and Social network plugin. Everything works except when I try to edit Cover picture, popup window won't open. I have several other extensions installed, like EasyDiscuss and others. Is there maybe a conflict with these extensions. Any help?

sorry for late reply, it was a weekend for us :D .

On your site you have 2 instances of jQuery Javascript Library.

EasyDiscuss load a second instance of this Framework, I think this is not correct because Joomla have own API to load JQuery and avoid conflicts. I have proposed some time ago to Stackideas Team to remove second jQuery instance as default (http://stackideas.com/forums/javascript-not-work-well-after-upgrade-to-ed4,-due-to-jquery-double-instances).

Anyway on your site I have disabled this from Extensions->EasyDiscuss->Settings->Advanced->Load jQuery (Recommended to leave it on) parameter and now all works.

Now your site is also more light, second jQuery instance load 100Kb of code and require 1/2 seconds for the loading of the code ;)

Hi,
thak you for the instructions, I managed to figured out myself. I've turned off EasyDiscuss jQuery and load it with jQuery Easy only on my /skupnost/forum url. You have the option to load plugin only on specified page or url. It seems to work now. It me took a while to debug which files to load fromEasyDiscuss, but I figured out. But I will save your screenshoot just in case. That way EasyDiscuss jQuery is loaded only on forum pages and not on every page. I guesss it is lighter on website too like you said.

Yes it's a weekend for us, but sometime we take a look on forum anyway :D

I guess turning off easydiscuss jquery didn't solve the problem. Now many popups and menus in easydiscuss not working.
Yes, you have right and after some investigation I found the problem, this is a bug of EasyDiscuss with J3.6. When is disabled "Load jQuery" it never works.

Solutions with jQuery Easy
- Disable in EasyDiscuss settings "Load jQuery"
- Set "jQuery Easy" plugin like screenshot, Important is to set jQuery version to 1.11.3 (same version of J3.5)

Nevermind, I've figured out myself. I am using plugin jQuery easy, with this plugin it is possible to rule out some scripts for certain pages.

Hi,

Is it possible to load easydiscuss jquery and popup will still open in easyprofile. Maybe there is a way to do that.
