Hi,

Not sure this is the right place for this question. When a user requests a new password via Password Forgotten, the next screen always returns with the error failed to sent the e-mail (my translation from Dutch).

for some time I switched off the self registration, but that has now been switched on again. Still the same problem.

Any idea I should be looking for a solution?

Hi,
this seems a bad mail configuration, try to make this test:
- Go to Administration->System->Global Configuration->Server (tab)
- In "Mail Settings" try to Click on "Send Test Mail" button (like screenshot)
