how is posible now solved this situation? do you refund money? because we have for many time joomla 2.5.,

we havent planing for change to verion 3.

do you know other component same easy profile?

Sorry, we don't have a refund policy: we offer a free version to try and evaluate the product.
It is only compatible with Joomla 3.x is specified in the Joomla extension directory, on our home page and on our System Requirement page.

However, we are developing new plugin, and among other things we also have plans to make it compatible with Joomla 2.5. Unfortunately I can not give you the timing.

Alternative 1: you can use Community Builder, with free version you can profile your user, but for integration with social network you can buy a PRO version (119,00€)
Alternative 2: if you are interested only for social login you can buy Social Connect from Joomlaworks (19,90€)

well, it´s posible you will avise us, when you have version joomla 2.5, of course we will buy you pro version a new time, it´s a great pity that the joomla user 2.5 not posible to have this GREAT EXTENSION, I´m surprises when I see this is the reason that I bouhgt very quickly and not stop in see detail.
