I have completed a custom login form and published it, but I am unable to get it working. When a user tries to register, upon submitting the registration, they get an error message "you must fill in a name". All fields are correctly filled out, but it will not work. I am having the same error on the backend when I try to register a user. I have several users in queue wanting to register today, and really need to get this resolved. Please advise.

The problem is resolved, and I do appreciate your effort to help me do it for myself. I am so new to this that I am terribly incompetent, but I am working hard to learn. Please excuse my lack of knowledge.

I completely understand the second language issue, although you do a great job with it. I have 2 children from Russia, and learning Russian was no easy task. If you heard my attempts at a second language, you would know that you are an expert!

I apologize for the urgency of my request, and I absolutely want to learn to do these things for myself. Thanks so much for your help and patience. Things are running smoothly now.

Sorry for late reply.

we do it for you.;)

it's just that we try to explain the problem so that it can be useful also for other users.

If I have not explained well I apologize, unfortunately English is not my primary language.

I appreciate your reply: however, my level of expertise is not as advanced as you assume, or perhaps I am not understanding your seemingly simple explanation. I clicked on details field, which is a core field, but cannot be published or unpublished. I changed the title, at your suggestion, but not surprisingly, that had no impact on the issue. I changed the title of the field to multiple different things, but again, no impact.

I sincerely appreciate your attempts to help me, but I really need to get this resolved. So could you please tell me how to make the details field available on the form. In the other fields, I simply choose publish and save. in the details field, publish and unpublish are not available options.

Is there someone to whom you can direct me that provides support for this product for customers who are new to web development? The only other option I have is to scrap Easy Profile and try to find some sort of plugin that will work out of the box or provides support. I must get this fixed tonight. Please just let me know if you are unable to help.

You must insert some field ( published and avaible on registration) for default (details) field group. It is a core group and must be avaible on form.

You can change the label of field if you want
