URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED:
I've had a brief look though your forum but not found a reasonable solution to my problem. I tried the free version and seemed to work fine for a while, So I purchased a subscription, with the pro version, I created some great additional profile fields to add to my members profiles. however I noticed a sharp decline in an otherwise trending rise in registrations. Then discovered that since installing Easy Profile Pro nobody could complete the registration process, this was due to a last_name field in JomSocial being ignored in the registration form because the Easy Profile settings requested only a singular 'name' not first middle last as displayed. I uninstalled the component and it's associated modules/plugins and once again our registration and activation process works as intended.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in resolving this issue. We really require the additional customisable fields that JomSocial do not offer. But cannot lose any more potential members due to this potential integration issue.
