Ciao,
Grazie for your support. I was wondering: is it possible to send notifications to an email address every time someone changes his/her details on the website? Or make them available in a database or something like that?

This is the reason for asking: we have imported the user info that is available at our Member Administration. If the users (members of our community) change something it would be handy if the Member Adminstration were notified so that they can change it in their own database. So, e.g. change of address, phone number, bank account number, etc.

Alternative: If this is stored in a clear way so that the admin can retrieve the info from a central database, that would also be a great help, e.g. if they can do a search for 'change date' in the backend of Joomla!.

Thanx,

Thom

Hi,
yes this is possible, we provide a triggers for this, docs about this at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/triggers

With triggers you can manipulate information and if you want send a email.

For example here instruction to send email after update profile: https://www.easy-profile.com/support/trigger-send-email-to-admin-when-profile-is-changed.html#reply-12205
In this example you can add a code to store automatically new information in your DB.
