When exporting the User list there is no data in the extra fields I created with easyprofile. I know there is no data as I am looking at my own information and I know I entered the data from the front end. What I can I do to make it show?

In Easy Profile options (Administration->Components->Easy Profile->Options) have you set to export all fields?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I was away for a break. I have tried exporting again and I get the field headers but no data is contained therein. I looked at my own data and I know I added the data to make sure. PLeas can you help me resolve this as I have a zoom meeting on Sunday and need to send out some joining instructions.

Are you able to send me what you exported so I can see if the data is there. I am particularly interested to see if Diocese is in the data. Name and address comes over fine. It is the new custom fields data which does not get exported.

Both, but maybe I have an idea...probably there is a Excel configuration (international parameters) that not allow you to see correctly the values. Try to change from Easy Profile options the parameter called “Separator Char” from semicolon (;) to comma(,)

With “Both” I mean that both exports works, I have sent you in a Zip archive the 2 different files (Readable and Importable)

THAT HAS NOW WORKED CHANGING THE ; to , (semi-colon to comma) IN OPTIONS.

IT WAS DRIVING ME MAD !!!
