Resolved Fields available only to a group

Good morning.
I'd like to make a field available only to, say, Registered user group, but not to a higher group, like Special.
In other words, is that possible to make some fields exclusively available to a particular group of users?

Hi,
in the list you does not see Usergroups but Access Levels.

if you want to make something like this then you need first to create an access level for this usergroup from Users->Access Levels
