Hi,
you template in file /templates/hot_justice/css/template_css.css at line 103 have this CSS rule:
.inputbox, input.required, textarea.required{
display: inline-block;
vertical-align: middle;
padding: 11px;
margin: 0;
background-color: #ffffff;
color: #555555;
border: 1px solid #ccc;
}


so change style only for required field.

correct is
.inputbox, input.required, textarea.required,input[type="text"], input[type="password"], input[type="datetime"], input[type="datetime-local"], input[type="date"], input[type="month"], input[type="time"], input[type="week"], input[type="number"], input[type="email"], input[type="url"], input[type="search"], input[type="tel"], input[type="color"] {
display: inline-block;
vertical-align: middle;
padding: 11px;
margin: 0;
background-color: #ffffff;
color: #555555;
border: 1px solid #ccc;
}


You can replace or add this in another CSS
