How can I generate a condition like the one found in the registry of this site?

what I am looking for is that they have to enter a specific code for example ABC123 and then another field appears

Hi,
sorry but this is not possible natively :(

I assume the codes are stored in a database. Instead if you have only some static code then you can fill manually condition like "if equal to custom value "ABC123" then show field..."

to save condition you need to confirm condition with "Save Condition" button (it is visible also in your screenshot) and save the field
