Resolved French letters in user first name

Hello, I`ve a very estrange bug.
I've Easy Profile Basic 1.3.10 with Joomla 3.4.1
PHP 5.5.27

If user first name is with French letters like Édith Joomla don't send confirmation email to user.
If user first name is in any other language all is ok.
If I use only Joomla registration all is perfect.
Problem arrived only with Easy Profile.
Maybe someone can help me?

Hi,
we have tried on our latest version and works.

Activation link email is send from Joomla not Easy Profile. Try to check in Spam folder.

Also send me site link to chekc on your site.
