Resolved Hard-coded language strings in webcam capture popup

Hey folks,

I think discovered a minor bug: In the popup window that gives users the choice between uploading an avatar and taking a photo via webcam, the title ("Change Avatar";) and the "Close" button seem to be hard-coded, at least I can't replace the string through the usual language override.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend :D

The constant to translate modal title is COM_JSN_IMAGE_MODALTITLE.
Instead the close icon title is not translatable, we will fix it in the next release...thanks for this report :D
