My registration page points to a menu item with a Helix page title assigned (http://mysite.com/registration-form). After installing and configuring EasyProfile the page is now directed to http://mysite.com/component/users/registration?Itemid=437 and my Helix Page title is missing. I did not make any changes except install EasyProfile. Also, the user account page is missing the page title and background as well.

I have attached a screenshot of what every page on my site USED to look like and a screenshot of the registration page.

Hi,
with or without Easy Profile you will have same behavior because Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace).
The registration form is the same of Joomla improved via Joomla plugins and Javascript scripts.

Have you a menu item of type Users->Registration Form? if not then you need to create it in order to manage the correct routing and the correct Helix Title.

Hi,
you can keep registration menu access level to Public. This will not create conflict as long as you have also a menu item of type Users->Edit Profile.
