I would like to know if it's possible to hide a field on profile page if this field is empty (if it was not set by the user inside the edit profile form).

Hi,
there is a option to hide empty fields in profile page:
- Go to Components->Easy Profile
- Click to "Options" button (top right)
- Go to section "Layout Options"
- Enable parameter "Hide Empty Fields on Profile"
