i want to hide status column(offline-online) on search results

You can disable this function from Easy Profile options, there is an options called "Show Online Status"

and plus "last visit"
In the search result? if yes then you need only to disable the field to show in the Users List menu item

you can simply set the field to not be shown in profile page: Components->Easy Profile->Choose "Last Visit Date" field->Set to No the parameter called "Available on profile page" (right sidebar)
