How to define what is shown at User List?
For example - deafult is: Avatar, Name, Last Name and i would have: nickname (my custom Field) and language (my second custom Field)

you can use Joomla Template override feature to customize layout and met your requirements:
- Copy file from /components/com_jsn/views/list/tmpl/default_user.php into /templates/your-template-folder/html/com_jsn/list/default_user.php
- Edit new file, you can remove name from line 39
