Hi,
as we get a new dataprotection law here in europe i need a way to not allow a user registration if a user does not accept the datacollection within a form. So i set up a form with 2 tabs - one with a dropdown that has two option (accept / not accept) and wanted to hide within a condition all mandatory fields from the second tab if a user does not accept the data collection. I did it this way as i could not find any solution to hide the register button by a condition.
Unfortunately my solution does not work as i can not hide the fields like username e.g. The problem is how to get it done that no user data is stored at all if the user does not permit this collection? So i hope you can help me with any solution to achieve this. Thanks in advance! Have agreat day. Carsten

Hi,
if you want to use a select field (dropdown) then you can do something like so:
- Create only 1 option like "1|Accept"
- Configure Placeholder to "Not Accept"
- Set this field as Required

see screenshot of configuration ;)

Hi,
yes, for example in this site for privacy policy we use a required Checkbox field with one option.
