Resolved Image uploading does not work on some machines

Hi,

We're using EP 1.3.4.

Some of our workers have reported they can't upload images within the CMS with the image (crop & webcam) field. Others do not have a problem at all. We've tried different browsers on their machines but it doesn't work:

The field displays "change", after selecting an image the loading bar immidiatly turns red and the size crop option doesn't display.

Do they miss a plugin or update to make it work? please help. I don't know where to look.

Hi,
If this problem occurs randomly, you should check the PHP error log immediately after happened or send it to us.

Otherwise if it happens often, please send us the details of your site for testing, you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.
