Hi. I want use easy profile in such a way that all our staff will be displayed according to their Faculty, Department and programme.
for example if click on faculty web page i will be able to view staff profile that belong only to the faculty, also in department web page. Is it possible to create staff profile on different pages based on their departmental or faculty web page? thank you

Hi,
you can create many User Lists (one for each department), to do this you can set a static filter with parameter "Custom SQL WHERE".

Our Departments are :

You can create many menu items, one for each department/faculty. Only you need to set a different "Custom SQL WHERE" parameter for each menu item.

Hi,
- Go to Administration->Menus
- Select menu item "Staff Profile" (http://umyu.edu.ng/index.php/2017-03-24-22-05-01/2017-03-25-14-38-31/faculty-of-education/staff-profile)
- Go to tab "User List Options" (see screenshot)
