I followed your instructions on this forum:

However it's not working for me (as it does on your site when selecting your job type. My new field does NOT appear below:

Here is my setup:

But that field is not showing when i select field value 1

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can you tell me what please.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend for us.

"Graduation Year" field is not available in registration form, set Visible on registration parameter on yes.

in "Field to compare" put "Custom Value" option.
Your condition will work so: if equal to custom value "1" show "Graduation Year" field
