When importing users using the import plugin, users are not automatically added to joomla contacts

How did you get the field "name" to work as that is not one of my parameters?

the parameters I have setup are firstname; secondname; lastname. see screenshot.

Yes the plugin is installed and enabled.
It creates the contact on individual subscriptions but does not when using the user import plugin

Hi,
have you enabled Joomla plugin called "User - Contact Creator" ?
It should create a link for new imported users (not for updated users).
