Resolved K2 and Easy Profile

Hi,

I am using Easy Profile along with K2. When i create a user via Easy Profile, all goes well, except that users in K2 are not automatically set to the correct K2 user group. I am using the K2 usergroups for frontend editing. When i use only K2 for profile creation, it does work.

Is there a way to get this work alongside each other? So profile creation in Easy Profile, but still user to be set to the correct K2 user groups.

When i create a user via Easy Profile

sorry I not have a big experience with K2, Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace), so registration/edit profile pages are the same of Joomla. So you register users already via Joomla (not Easy Profile).

You can set default k2 group for new registration in k2 parameters. K2 not allow you to set automatically group based on Joomla usergroups.
