Hi,
these tabs are separate plugins, for example to add a tab to see your Joomla articles you can download (it's free from our download area), install and enable our "Articles Tab Plugin"

In your screenshot you will see EasyDiscuss tab plugin, it provide a tab to see EasyDiscuss forum activity.

I will clarify the request. I need a list of materials that the user published. This list is shown in profile, like you.

- go to your profile page
- goto articles tab
- copy URL from browser bar
- create a menu item of type System->External Link and paste the previous link.

basically each tab have an HASH (for example http://www.domain.com/profile/#articles), therefore you need only to add this hash after url.
