Hey,
Users will receive an error if they have a notification for messages and want to view them (loading failed). Also the same message when they click on settings.

What is the cause of this problem and how to solve it?

Sincerely,

Hi,
please try now, in file at /plugins/jsn/socialnetwork/socialnetwok.php after line 235 I have added following code
exit;

this code forces the application to close after sending the output. This is not an elegant solution but it works. In future versions we will implement something better.

Hi,
I have fixed, there was a issue with the plugin called "System - Regular Labs Library". This plugin uses function of Joomla HtmlDocument class, but all ajax requests (like notifications or profile preferences) are Raw content (so raw and not html).
Since Easy Profile define the document type from our "Easy Profile - System plugin" then it need to be loaded before the plugin "System - Regular Labs Library".

The fix was simply to move "Easy Profile - System plugin" before the "System - Regular Labs Library" plugin from Extensions->Plugins :D
