Resolved login issues

Hello - I have an issue with Easy Profile and a component I use called Matukio (events). https://compojoom.com are the people who make it.

There are two issues relating to logins.

1. During a booking process, my users have the option to login. When entering the login credentials, the system doesn't log in and clears both username and password box. https://www.cyclingtouring.org/cycle-touring/join-a-cycle-tour/book/236-north-coast-500 I have set you up an account to test - see site details information to test.

2. If a user logs in using the main site login area, that works fine. If they then navigate to the same link above whilst logged in, and click next a couple of times to complete the booking process, the site then takes the user back to the home page and logs them out.

I have tried turning off caching and still same issue. Also tried upgrading to latest Joomla on a test site and still same issue too.

I appreciate this could either be easy profile or matukio, but I would appreciate your help to confirm if Easy Profile causing this. I have raised a ticket with Compojoom re Matukio.

Hi,
Login is managed by Joomla and not Easy Profile.

I found that login at https://www.cyclingtouring.org/index.php?option=com_users(Joomla login form) works perfectly, so this problem come from your login form at page https://www.cyclingtouring.org/cycle-touring/join-a-cycle-tour/book/236-north-coast-500(compojoom or something else login form).

You may contact support of provider of this login form.

Thank you for confirming. I had already disabled easy profile on a test site and issue stayed, so suspected it wouldn’t be easy profile. I already have a ticket with other component support, just waiting their response. Thanks peter
