We use easyProfile with a 600+ user base, and are very happy with it! it's a great extension, and our clients love it. However, we have observed some strange behaviour lately: it seems as if easyProfile looses randomly the user group association to certain users (we could not observe a pattern). But what we saw is: if a user updates his own profile in the front end then the assigned user group is lost. This is especially true when there are users with multiple assigned user groups.
Is there anything you can do about this bug?
Thanks a lot
Bernhard

Hi,
the problem is in the field "Date Approved" at condition 1 (see screenshot).

Conditions have 2 ways, so if this field is empty condition 1 is not met, so it remove the user from "gsia" usergroup.

Still date field store date in format like "YYYY-MM-DD", so if you want make a condition in data field you need to use custom value like "1900-01-01"

Never mind. I figured it out. I had accidently put Inverse = Yes for another subsequent condition. Sorry for the confusion.
