Hi,
we not have any API or LIB to search users, only to get/set user values (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/jsnuser-object)

How can i make to show into users list, this new field
You can do this by adding in user row extra fields with own API, the file to edit is /administrator/components/com_users/views/users/tmpl/default.php

How can i make to build and insert an extra search filter into user manager?
This is a bit more complex, you need to edit com_users model (to build query) and template (to add search input)

and create a component of autonomous search
the easiest way is to edit com_users to met your needs. Create a new component is very complex.

I was thinking of using the lib Easy profile, and create a component of autonomous search.

The lib enables to search in extra fields, or need to create models for this?

Hi,
sorry this is not possible, Easy Profile extends Joomla user profile with users plugin, but for this there is no any API in Joomla.

you need to change many core files of Joomla.

you can filter users by custom fields only from frontend (Easy Profile allow you also to edit users)
