sorry I have re-read your question and my reply is not pertinent

Our map module already uses https, in your site you have 2 instances of Google Maps:
1) https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?libraries=places&;key=AIzaSyD..... (this uses places library, so it comes from our module over https)
2) http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyA....(this not uses places library, so it does not come from our module)

you can also check the Api key used in Easy Profile configuration, because the 2 keys are different

Hmmm, can't find all the other ones (extensions). Is one of your plugins/modules using its own google-api-key settings? (Social network, search/filter, list, ...)

in the most of cases the scripts like Google Maps are loaded by some PageBuilder or Template.

Indeed, I corrected that one (YoothemePro), but there is still one I cannot find.
