After defining custom fields for users how can I find specific user/users by custom fields in the admin panel.

No, you can make filters only on frontend, Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace), and Joomla not allow to load plugins in backend user list.

It would be great if I could change standard column view in the users list.

You can customize all views with Joomla template override feature, about a user list you can copy files from /components/com_jsn/views/list/tmpl/ into /templates/your-template-folder/html/com_jsn/list/ and customize the new files.
When you upgrade Easy Profile you will not lose your overrides

Besides of that filters. Is it possible to create my own filters base on custom fields ?

I don't know if I understand well, anyway you can set static filter with "Custom SQL Where" parameter, docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/article/sql-custom-where

Our system automatically block all strange behavior, you have created another account and this cause the block. Now we have removed your IP from blacklist.

Sorry this is not a feature. unfortunately Joomla not allow to add custom filters on backend. We will try to find a way for the next release but I don't know if this is possible.
