I recently installed the easy profile I created various fields.
To test the component I did a test of entry to the site that I am preparing no errors at compile time from backend but when I go to get the user the only data visible are those of the classic form login. data fields added are not saved in the user card.

urg. I even looked at the skeleton plugin because I thought it most likely was the culprit and totally missed that! Wrong prefix for the tables. Thanks for being a second set of eyes and catching that.

Hi,
the problem is into skeleton plugin, there is something that not work in your code. If you disable this plugin Easy Profile works correctly.

We have checked your skeleton plugin and this produce an exception:
Table 'uucov_test.jos3_jsn_users' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `jos3_jsn_users` WHERE `spouse_partner_name_m` = '925' AND `id` = ''

On your skeleton.php there are many occurrences for "jos3_jsn_users" table. But this table seems not exist.

Hi-

I decided to piggy back on this thread because I am having this problem as well. I am using Joomla 3.4.4 and Easy Profile 1.3.11. I cannot add new users because none of the Easy Profile data is being saved and the First name and Last Name are not being preserved. I cannot add an Avatar either.

Please let me know what you need to fix this. I need to add a new staff member and cannot!

Strangely the account I gave you was registered to no group even if I set the same data of another working account. Anyway, now that account works and I have also activated your new account.

Hi,
Due to possible security issues, for now I don't like to give away site details (even in private form) to anyone
even the access to the frontend?

Please reply to these questions:
- Have you some error message after update some profile?
- This happen on frontend and backend?
- You have some conditions to hide/show some core field?
- after try to save profile you have some error/warning in PHP logs?
- such as third-party components are installed in addition to Easy Profile?
