I am not receiving any email confirmation regarding registration.
When i log on to the joomla user manager the user is blocked by default.

hi,
this is not due to Easy Profile.

Easy Profile extends Joomla users management, registration page and process are the same of Joomla (tabs are generated with JavaScript and custom fields added with user plugin), so email are sent by Joomla and not Easy Profile.

Also I have make this test:
- disabled all Easy Profile plugins (now Easy Profile do nothing)
- register an account without Easy Profile
- same issue, no email received
