Resolved password1 and password2 doesn't match

I have enabled user login with email and password.
But if, for all users, I ask to reset the password I get the error: "Could not save the profile: Unable to associate profile data: Passwords do not match. Re-enter the password."

Can you please tell me which joomla version you have?
Also, can you please post me your site link to check this issue? If yes then you can use the form below the reply in site details tab (for now I need only the site url).

I'm using joomla 3.9 but I had to disable the plugin (Easy Profile) because the customer urgently needed to activate some changes.
I'm preparing a test server with the copy of the system.
Could you wait a couple of days?
