Easy Profile - Joomla Extension

hey everyone - i just upgraded Easy Profile (to 2.1.2) and Social Network Plugin (to 1.1.3) to a joomla+jreviews site and am getting the following fatal (php) error on our community/social network page (direct url attached):

probably just need to rename a function somewhere or an

include_once

, but i'm basically a nimrod at PHP. Could someone please advise on the fix (dealing with function with the same name already defined, or file included already before somewhere, or something else - looks to be something conflicted versus the JReview S2Framework php).
