Resolved Problem: checkbox list with moren than 6 values doesn't work correctly

We have a checkbox list with more than 50 values, if the user selects more than 6 values and saves his profile all selected values are removed. How can we solve this, the users should be able to select all values without any error?

I have the same problem, it concerns any multiple select (checkbox and select).
Here is my list in Russian:

Семейная пара
Несемейная пара
Девушки
Парни
Дети

Any multiple choice more than 2, then accept and it removes all the selection and says that not all the required fields are filled.

In this case the error was caused of the wrong notation, in my case the error was caused by prohibited characters. It would be useful, if you can publish in the documentation a list of characters that can cause problems.
