Hi,
this is strange,
although i have restricted the option of duplicate user
Joomla and Easy Profile does not have any option that allow users with same email address.
Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace) and registration of core fields (like email) is done by Joomla (not Easy Profile).

Have you installed some other extension that allow this?

I have recreated a missing record in table #__menu.

to make this I have installed a component called MijoSQL, it allow me to build SQL queries. After my fix I have removed this component.

I have a big problem, now the option "easy profile" doesn't available in components menu, see image attached

I have fixed it by recreating a menu item in DB :D

Keep in mind that #__menu is managed with Joomla Nested Table System, so attention to touch these information, you can lost all your menu structures.
This table contains also backend menu items, so I think you have done something wrong.

Hi,
Easy Profile have a simple DB structure, only 2 tables:
#__jsn_fields: here are stored fields informations
#__jsn_users: here are stored extended user information, id is the same id of Joomla user table (#__users)

Information about menu items are stored by Joomla into a system table called #__menu, here are stored all user menu parameters. Keep in mind that #__menu is managed with Joomla Nested Table System, so attention to touch these information, you can lost all your menu structures.

I have cleared Joomla cache and now seems to works.

One thing, your template does not have a good way to display DD,DL,DT html tags so in profile page the fields's layout have some problem.

I recommend you to add this CSS code in your template style to fix this problem:

about download id: you will find your download ID in profile page, this is not required but it is usefull to upgrade component from Joomla updater (in your case you need to put download ID of your client)

i have a problem when i use the search module sometime works correctly and sometime show me a error message "Not Valid token", i have a multilanguage site(6 languages)and the search module works correctly in 5 except in spanish and that is the language of site owner, can you help me? i need to solve the problem. No, you will no lose any data, but from version 1 and version 2 there are many layout differences. So to avoid unexpected behavior we recommend to make backup before upgrade.

is there any problem if i list all registered users on a menu item, besides to list only users filtered by some element of user profile in other menu item, and other menu item with list using another filter? for example i have a list of students that i need to list in a menu "students", besides i have another menu where i need to list only students of first year, other menu item listing students of 2nd year, etc
