Resolved Profile list Custom SQL causing blank page

I looked and found other people were having this problem and posted on here around October of last year. My issue is similar but a little different.

I added my custom SQL and got it to working fine. Unfortunately we had to restart our server, and after restart I am getting a blank page. I'm not using the rokinjectmodule which seemed to cause the issue last time. I'm also not sure why it was working at first but suddenly stopped working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Additional info:
the problem is happening on both v1.3.6 and the latest: 1.3.9, also removing the custom code causes the list to work (with all users showing up). Adding it back in breaks it again.

Hi, this mean that you have some other Content Plugin that cause this problem. Can you please send me a list(or screenshot) of your contents plugins:
- Go to Extensions->Plugin Manager
- Filter by Type:Content

We will try these plugins and check this problem.

for now you can replace this:
$where= JHtml::_('content.prepare', $params->get('where',''), 'customwhere', 'com_finder.indexer');

with this
$where= $params->get('where','');

when I commented that line out and set $where to '`main-team`="ui"' it actually worked...

Ok I just figured out that the line that is causing the break is in com_jsn/models/list.php on line 186:

$where= JHtml::_('content.prepare', $params->get('where',''), 'customwhere', 'com_finder.indexer');

Hi,
can you check if the alias of field is correct? from version 1.2 we use alias without '-' char*

I checked the error log and no errors were added when going to the blank page and after a page refresh.
this is strange, black page mean environment error. Please check if your PHP server record errors an warning.

We have tried to put in SQL custom where main-team="ui" and `main-team`="ui" but no blank page.


* we have removed this char because in SQL "-" is subtraction operator, and in some version on Mysql can get some problem, anyway if you add backticks you solve this problem
