hello,

i have to prudently migrate a vb product (with odbc connector) probably on joomla.
i'm looking for a community solution but don't specialy appreciate cb & other for this work.

it would be great to have a similar struture fo tables and fields.

are users datas store in only one table?
can i name the fields just as i want or do you rename fields during creation process?

No, the user data are store in #__users for default field of joomla and on #__jsn_users for Easy Profile fields.

You can call the fields as you like. the alias of the field corresponds to the name of the column in the table. If you leave it blank the alias will be generated automatically otherwise we choose as you like. When the field is created the alias will no longer be editable.

hello,

i have tried the free version.

I don't see tabs on user profile (show or edit) even with "View the form in tabs" actived

is it a limitation just for free version ?

The tabs are only for Register/Edit profile.
we have prepared a plugin to do this (attached to this post).

Install and enable it

NOTE: We have not included this plugin in the package (or in the download section) because we are working on a plugin that turns Easy Profile into a Social Network.
This plugin(Social Network) allow you to hide / show fields with a button 'About Me', and would conflict with the attached plugin.

hum. pro version is installed.
but i have probably miss something
Tabs appared but all fiels appears on the first tab called "details"
what's wrong?

sorry for late reply,

probrably in your template missing some bootstrap class.

try to add this on your css template:
.tab-pane{display:none;}

.tab-pane.active{display:block;}


if not work please post me your site details, you can use the form below the reply in site details tab
