Radio can't allow you multiple selections, to do this you need to use Checkbox field.
but limit to e.g. 3 options from the 10 available.
Sorry this is not possible, you can to manage this with Javascript, but this require javascript knowledge. here a example https://www.easy-profile.com/support/limit-the-choices.html
in this example when you select 3 options all others option become disabled.
